What Happens When You Call

A real person answers and asks what your system is doing: no heat, weak airflow, a new noise, or an older unit you're thinking about replacing. For repairs, we explain the diagnostic fee before anyone drives out, and that fee is credited toward the repair. If your furnace quits on a cold January night, the line is open 24/7, and there are no emergency or after-hours fees.

Planning new equipment? Estimates are free on installations and replacements. We look at your home and the unit you have now, then walk you through the options side by side, such as a gas furnace versus a heat pump, or a ductless mini-split for the room your main system never quite reaches. You get a written quote before any work begins, so you can decide at your own pace. The phone is the one way to reach us, and we're glad to hear from you.

Helpful to Have Ready Before You Call

  1. The brand, model and serial number from the nameplate on your furnace, air handler or outdoor unit, if you can reach it safely.
  2. A short description of the problem, including when it started and any sounds, smells or error lights you've noticed.
  3. What fuels your home's heat today, whether natural gas, propane or electric.
  4. For a replacement, a rough idea of your home's size and which rooms run too hot or too cold.

We're a Phone Call Away

Whether it's a quote on new equipment or a repair that can't wait, one call gets things moving. Tell us what's going on and we'll take it from there.
