Terms and Conditions
Using This Website
This website belongs to HVAC Latah, a heating and cooling company serving Latah, WA and the surrounding area. By reading it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
We wrote these terms in everyday language so you can see what applies without a lawyer at your elbow.
The Information Here Is General
Our pages explain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits and the materials inside them so you can make sense of your options. That information is general. Every home is different, and the right answer for yours depends on what we find when we look at your equipment in person.
Please do not treat anything on this site as a diagnosis, a promise of a result or a substitute for an on-site visit.
Quotes and Work Are Agreed Separately
Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a price. Any work we do is agreed between you and us directly, and we give a written quote before any work begins. The terms of that quote and any paperwork you sign at your home govern the job, not this page.
Contacting Us
The phone is the only way to reach us through this site. Questions about a quote, your system or these terms all go to the same line, (509) 213-1614, and you only need to share what you are comfortable sharing. How we handle what you tell us is explained on our Privacy Policy page.
Our Content
The words, layout and images on this site belong to HVAC Latah or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print or share a page for personal use. Please do not copy it for another business or present it as your own.
Limits of Our Responsibility
We try to keep this site accurate and working, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or available. To the extent Washington law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general website information instead of having your system checked.
Do not attempt gas, electrical or refrigerant work based on anything you read here. That work belongs with a qualified technician.
Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. We may update them from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies when you visit. If you have a question about any of it, give us a call and we will talk it through with you.
